Location Tibet at 5100 meters.
delivered a RC20 telescope for the Hiroshima Astrophysical Science Center
in Japan. To accommodate a larger instrument load up to 50 kg the back
of the telescope has been adjusted accordingly. In addition, the telescope
was a provided at the customerís request with a Zerodur optics extended
one of the projects at the Hiroshima Astrophysical Science Center, Hiroshima
University. A new robotic three-colour simultaneous imaging camera is used
here. The main purpose of this imaging is to show activity of transient
objects. Together with other institutions, such as the 1.5-meter Kanata
telescope a global network for continuous monitoring of transient objects
has been set up. Commissioning for text purposes will take place in 2014
on the 1.5 meter Kanata telescope. In 2015, the installation will be placed
in its final location in Tibet at an altitude of 5100 meters.
